Very, very disappointed. Risotto should be an attractive pool on the plate, not a lumpy, sticky gray color. The osso bucco should be moist and tender, not dry and crusty. The root vegetables are all the same color and mushy with hard carrots added. Our ice tea was old...very cloudy. The food all looks to be frozen and reheated with very little fresh added. The decor and feeling is very old. It needs drastically updated and brightened. Lose the brass fixtures, dirty floral carpet, dark wood everywhere, piano player, monkey suits on the waitstaff, and low lighting in an already very dark restaurant. PLEASE, PLEASE cook fresh food to order and get a chef that knows how to do it properly. You won't be in business long if you don't take action. I am giving one star just because the waitstaff was friendly.
