User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsBlack Powder has a nice facility for family dining and a nice bar with TVs and entertainment. They have great meeting rooms and do a good job on serving large numbers of people for your group. The prices are reasonable, but the food quality can be inconsistent at times and the bar is not as comfortable and relaxed as a I would want my neighborhood bar to be. Your best bet is the lunch special which is consistently good with a decent price.
