User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe clerk at this office was very rude and unprofessional. I called in and told her that I lost the slip to pick up my package and asked if I could present my ID. She repeately told me that I could not pick it up without it and had to apply for another one. I have never heard of such a thing. Why do they hire such airheads
