Can't say enough about this business!!! Great Customer Service!!! I needed a bunch of clothes cleaned the same day and it was no problem. I called other coin laundries to check out prices and to see if they could get my stuff cleaned ASAP. Most of them didn't seem to care and some were downright rude. When I dropped off my stuff, I forgot my hangers and they said that they would provide hangers for me for FREE. WOW! They called me a few hours later that day and I picked up my neatly folded and hung clothes. Best of all, I was able to take an electrical service call which made me a bunch of $$$ instead of wasting my time and money doing laundry. I'll be back for sure!

I called to find out about laundry services and was quoted $1.25/lb; I explained that I would be bringing Nursing scrubs and asked about how they would be done, would they be folded, etc. I was told that they would be hung on hangers.
I took my scrubs in and indicated the service, I asked the cost and was told that the total would be calculated and I would pay upon pick-up.
When I picked up the scrubs, the bill was over $40.00 for 8 pieces. I was charged almost $5.00 for each piece. When I mentioned this, the person was LESS than helpful and just said well that's what the charge is. In essence I told her that I would not be back!

Dear fmhugs, You were charged for the starched laundry service which is $4.95 per jacket and not the wash, dry and fold service which is $1.25 per pound. I have been using their wash and fold service for over three (3) years and the prices are still the same even though everything has gone up. Their customer service has ALWAYS been GREAT!!! I've asked to get stuff pre-treated and I needed it the same day. They even hung my button down shirts at NO CHARGE and called me to let me know it was ready!!! In fact, I have gotten to know the owner personally and he is honest guy and would more than likely handle your problem with a refund or a credit. Go to their website and e-mail your problem to him and I bet he takes care of it or you can call me out.

I think there was a miscommunication somewhere when you dropped off your clothes. Whenever I get my wash and fold done, I put it on the scale and they weigh it right then and there. I'm not saying that they don't make mistakes, but the ladies that do my clothes have always been helpful and do a great job (better than my ex-wife). I think you might have confused them when you said you want laundry service. Laundry service is for starched items that need to be pressed such as my dress shirts or lab coats. You should have said that you wanted the wash and fold service. Their website is pretty extensive and their explanations of each service is pretty detailed. fmhugs, I'd give those guys another chance given their track record with my stuff. Hey, they even renovated recently! That place is CLEAN AND GORGEOUS!!!!

Comfortable, clean atmosphere to clean clothes: The first thing that I noticed was it was CLEAN!!! The garbae cans weren't running over. The floors were regulary swept and the machines didn't look sketchy.

The attendant was very friendly and was willing to give me direction on how to use the new washers and dryers. Since they had wireless interenet, i sent some emails while waiting for my clothes.
