The parts Dept. was a pleasure to deal with,but after that my experience went to hell. I was led to the service Dept. and left to wait. Two guys tinkering with customer bikes and never once payed attention to me. I sat and watched one of the techs monkey around with a customer bikes rear wheel beating on it and yanking at it like a caveman would. One of the service techs walked over and handed me a work slip and asked me to fill out my personal info and sign and date it. There has yet to be a question asked as to what I was there for or what I needed done. He just walked away and left me there expecting to sign a work slip that would basically bond me and my money to anything they decided to charge me for after that. I yelled back to him asking how much it would cost to mount my tires and he said $65 for the front and $75 for the rear, outrageous! After waiting around for another 20 minutes I had jokingly asked the guy if he wanted me to just leave my keys in my bike that was out in the parking lot that he had still not looked at... He said yes and went back work. So I tore up the work order slip hopped on my bike and rode away...... I was sure glad that I had not paid for those tires. I not be returning to this place again......Its employees like this that drive customers away and ultimately drive the company to close the doors.-

VERY BAD SERVICE, Don't do business here! VERY rude and umpleasant people. When I attempted to discuss problems they were uncooperative, wouldn't listen nor try to reolve issues. tried to discuss with owner and received same results. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, once they have yours forget about it if you have problems.
