    Not impressed with service or food. Waited 5 minutes just to get drinks ordered. The food was average and highly priced.

    The food was admittedly good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The gumbo we ordered came lukewarm instead of piping hot. The rest of the food was very good. But dessert was a major disappointment. We ordered the $10 banana-split, and it came without any pineapple, hot fudge, caramel, or white chocolate as advertised. Basically it was just scoops of ice cream with whipped cream and sliced bananas. When we talked to our server, Nicholas G. about it, he only offered an apology but said nothing else. Then the manager came and we also mentioned the problem to him. All he said was, "I'm sorry, I'll talk to my baker about it". But the charge was still on our tab even though we were completely unsatisfied with the dessert. Also, the coffee we ordered came when we were almost done with dessert, and that was after we asked for it for the third time. The worst thing? We couldn't reflect our dissatisfaction through the tip, because we were a group of 6 and the tip was automatically added to our final bill!
