Not only did this man(Dr. George Farber) slice a 6 inch incision in my groin area, but he also did this in his office, not in a hospital facility where I should have been asleep, but while I was awake! Do NOT go to this man he has been sued before for the same thing he did to me. He is not sterile in his procedures. Then to top off the things I went through, after I am sliced open and the local antistetic was wearing off, I find out he has not perscibed a pain reliever but a form of ibprofen. I did not recieve a call back from his office for six hours after he did this and I had to go to a local ER for help. His liscense was still restricted at the time from being in trouble before, therefore he should not have even been doing such a procedure. My suggestion is do your research well on this man and DO NOT sign his waiver that you won't sue him. He should not be listed with humana, which is who recommended him to me, nor should medicaid continue to victimize the people who have medicaid by sending them to this so called doctor. Since when does a doctor need you to sign saying you won't sue him if he messes up. That should be completley illegal...the medical profession will continue to victimize people with no consiquences as long as the law allows it. I am not just angry it has taken me over a yr to finally get over what he did to me. Please be careful!
