User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food was absolutely delicious!! I had the ribs, corn grits, and red beans. The atmosphere and decor was modern. I can't wait to go back!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place!!! The food is so very good and the cool, modern decor is classy with a casual feel. But let me get back to the food...the Tai Ribs are the best ribs I've eaten at a restaurant due to taste and tenderness. The Saturday special (Veal) is so flavorful and tender it almost melts in your mouth. All of the meats are rotisserie-cooked so they are all tender and wonderful. They offer fantastic sides like satueed spinach, sugar snap peas, corn grits, ect. Even the Hummos is good with really no bitter aftertaste and it comes with sauteed veggies.
Also, Zea's makes their own beer. IMO, the beer is very good and there is various types for people of different tastes including a beer of the month each month.
The prices aren't bad and it is definitely worth the visit. We have been recommending Zea's to everyone we know (and like) for years.
Zea's is finally opening in Baton Rouge sometime in Feb 2008. Baton Rougeans: give this place a try. So worth it!
Now we don't have to drive all the way to Metairie just to eat at our favorite restaurant!!!
