This place is not customer friendly. The original gramercy,* Vacherie locations might be, but the Laplace location IS NOT! I was told that the money I played for delivery was to deliver, & remove the old furniture. when the drivers came deliver they brought the new furniture, but refused to haul off the old stuff!Also,my new furniture Had some bad damage on it(big cracks in the wood),& instead of them offering to go back & get a new one(I live about 1 mile from the store)I will have to wait till tomorrow!I even called the store aboout the damage,& hauling off the old stuff,& the manager was kinna rude,& he told me that they don't haul off the old stuff,& that I will have to wait untill tomorrow to get my damaged pieces replaced. I could understand if it was coming from the gramercy store, which is about 14 miles away, but it is less than a mile!& the best thing about it is I pick out & paid for the furniture Monday,& scheduled delivery for Friday(they say they offer next day delivery).

Small Town Perks: Looking for a place were service is friendly? This is the place for you. Located in Gramercy, La. and Vachrie. La. this is a family owned business that care about thier customers. This is the only place that I know of that still has in house charging with little to no interest. Sameday delivery or you can walk out with what you have bought. Now that's the kind of shopping I like!! If they don't have it they will get. Fast friendly service what more can you ask for!!
They have everything from furniture to appliance to lawn equipment.
Small towns do have their advantages.
