User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsme and my family was in your restaurant for breakfast the morning of 8/22/09 and our waitress was belinda. i must say we had the best service from her that we have ever gotten there in the many times we have eaten there. she was super friendly and went [i think] out her way to see that all i needs were met and then some. i wish all waitresses could be like her. regards, randy leblancjr, marrero,la.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi had the same problem as the gentelmen with the fradulent charge. i had to cancel my bank card because i had not eaten at that restaurant in the time they claimed. i was told that he would be able to show me the slip that i had supposedly signed. a month went by and still no phone call so i could see my signature. finally i called back nad they he tells me it's best that i just dispute the charges with my bank. someone is running a scam in there BIG TIME. the district manager name is IMAN (pronounced i-meen) and his number is (770) 842-4269. i have decided to call him once a week until i get results PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently had a charge on my credit card from Ihop Store #4480 located in Harvey, LA 70058 in the amount of $56.10. The charge was dated April 23, 2009 but I know my family has not eaten there in quite some time. Called the location and corporate office and have received nothing but the runaround. Received a call back from a person barely able to speak english who would only identify himself as the franchise location owner (would not give his name). Someone at the store stated that they had a glitch in their credit card processor and are having to charge people that ate at the restaurant three and four months ago. They also said it is my problem not theirs. I would be very wary of eating at this establishment or any Ihop for that matter with their poor customer service in general.
