User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe bought a cow and pig, and the butcher really butchered it up. I will not buy from them again like that. We didn't get any ground meat or ribeyes, we got a lot of stew meat and meat that was cut up don't know what it is. On the pig we got butchered again. We had no ham or bacon We have Pork chops, ham or pork steaks. The pig wasn't labeled. We also had meat that was cut and put in bags it looked like miniature pork chops and what ever else meat that he threw in there. We bought one in 2004 and the man cut it up better than the bucher of today. I will look else where for 1/2 cow and pig. We learned our lesson. I payed to much for what we got. I would not recommend any friends or relatives to buy a cow or pig from this store.
