User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsray brandt was the worse experience ever.they tried to pull a swop-a-car move.i purchased a car on the show room floor watched the saleswoman put the "sold" sign on it, then was told to come in the morning and pick it up because a staff member had gone home with the keys to remove the car from inside the building,so i go in the morning and it's a different car same color but a base model the one on the floor was fully loaded and besides the vin number was different,after demanding that that is not the right car. saleswoman also wanted me to sign a paper stating about electrical problems i could not file suit against them,and finance guy tried to screw me also.!!!!THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS AND CHEATERS.!!!!!! IF YOU BUY FORM THEM BRING A LAWYER.

I have bought my last SIX cars from a Ray Braynt dealership. I THOUGHT I would be happy with their collision center. NOT THE CASE. Dave, Ed and one of the office hands told me pick up date on several different occasions. I Still do not have my car. Dave told be it would be ready 12/23, Office Lady 1/2 and now Ed says he has no idea why I was even told that. They have had my car OVER A MONTH now. Within that month there have only been FIVE days that work was halted. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BODY SHOP AGAIN AND I AM NOT EVEN SURE I WILL USE THE RAY BRANDT COMPANY FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES.

Somehow, two other complaint reviews are no longer on this site. If you want to purchase any vehicle bring a lawyer, bring a mechanic, bring a tire expert, bring an army to watch your car keys. Once they have your keys they may never let you have them back. Dennis Tauzin is the liar and controlls every thing that goes on there
