User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI usually don't write reviews but I want to warn people with my poor experience. The rolls were ok, the atmosphere was nice, but when I bite into a tuna sushi (not roll) it was warm and cut wrong so that I couldn't even chew it. I actually had to spit it into a napkin. So if you go, stick to rolls and other Americanized stuff.

Very disappointed!!! Customer Service was terrible! Was given a 15-20 minute wait. Waited over an hour and was told that there was no table available and could not estimate when we would be able to be seated. Manager was EXTREMELY rude and not customer friendly. He said "well that's why we say a 20 min OR MORE wait." He told me I could leave and dine elsewhere.
I will not be dining at Miyako!! Much better food and service at other hibachi/sushi places in town. -

The best place to go in New Orleans for Sushi & Habachi. I brought some friends from out of town and the loved it. The staff and service was the best. I love Sashmi and they have the best. I checked out others places but keep coming back to MIYAKO. You got to try it.
