    Ordered a king cake 2 weeks ago to be sent to San Antonio Texas. They stated that UPS had the wrong address. Called them to state that nobody had called me to let me know that king cake had not been received. They said they would overnight it for Fri. 3/24 (Order had been placed on 3/10/11 originally). Called them on 3/24/11 to see what tracking # was for king cake. They still had not sent it out & told me they could send it out on Monday for Tuesday. Told them to refund my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never order anything again from them in the future & will make it a point to tell everybody I know to not do business with them. Hope they go out of business!!!

    I spoke with Haydel's personally and they said that they weren't legally able to ship from thie store. They are willing to consider personal donations to familes after the busy season...I felt that was fair. Being a very proud Navy Mom, I am dissappointed, but appreciated the fact that they were very polite and were willing to make some type of effort.
