| About: | COFFEE: A small local roaster roasts the beans for our shops twice a week. You'll find the house blend, a basic Colombian supremo, every day, as well as a medium and dark roast, a flavored blend, and a decaf that change daily. Rue de la Course makes a great cafe mocha (and an iced version, too), and the beautiful layered latte is served in a pilsner glass. The house specialty is the Latte Delight, a latte made with the customer's choice of 23 flavorings. FOOD: Rue de la Course claims to have the largest coffeehouse pastry selection in town, including wonderful New York-style cheesecake, huge muffins, and pecan and cinnamon rolls. They don't serve any other food. CLIENTELE: The crowd ranges from Fortune 500 types and women in fur dropped off by their chauffeurs to grungy college students. |
