My husband and I bought a vehicle on 8/15/08 and here it is 11/3/08 and we still have not received or license plate. We have called numerous times and the people that we have talked to will not let us talk to anyone with any kind of power there. The person that we have to deal with is very rude and 9 times out of 10 we get her voice mail and she never returns calls. Don't waste your time at this place. We have been so disgusted with our service (there were other problems that we have had but they were handled).

    BUYERS BEWARE!

This dealership sold us a used Toyota Sienna 3 days ago for $18,995, then I found the exact same car of their website for $17,792. Do your internet research prior to shopping here. They also supposedly certified the car to new standards with 5/32" tread on all tires. I just left 2 different tires shops that say that 2 of the tires are below this standard and the 3rd tires has a huge gauge out of it with the cords showing. So not only did they sell me a car for $1203 more than the advertised price and lied about the certification and I have a 2006 Toyota that needs 3 new tires 3 days after purchasing. Do yourself a favor and go to Toyota of Slidell or Metairie instead.

So basically a car dealer talked you into a deal that makes them more money? Of course they did. Metairie an Slidell would do the same. I'm looking for an pre-owned Toyota Carolla right now...I'm researching prices, milage, and year everywhere - the East, Metairie, West Bank, internet. Of course you should research before you buy. It would be, and was, very foolish to make a $19,000 purchase without doing your research first.
