User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is A MUST when vising the Big Easy! Great hometown feel. Staff is great! Bar food is excellent. Love the patio area in the spring or fall. Can bring my dog out on the patio and order some crawfish and shrimp from the small seafood mart across the street and hang out all day long!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsExcellent atmosphere: Largest selection of beers in the area and a great location on historic Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans. Get away from the French Quarter and enjoy an early afternoon drink when the crowd is light or spend a late night drinking hard with the evening crowd. I remember the the food as being pretty good (standard bar fare), but I ate after drinking many beers, so I may not be the best judge!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsComfy Little Pub: SO my first experience with the BullDog was a few nights ago. I am not a big beer drinker but if you are it has an amzing selection of beer that would satisfy even the pickest beer drinker. Of course then there is the service, it is fantastic, they have a very diverse staff that is friendly with just about every type personality. They have a great selection of top shelf also.... which of course is my favorite. If you like the hometown/ college bar then you will fit in perfectly at this one.
