| About: | Crabby Jack's, a one-time seafood store, is a popular lunch eatery offering a real touch of New Orleans. You will want to try their fried chicken with just a touch of spice that will keep you coming back for more. Their Blackened Fish and Slow Roasted Duck Po-Boy are house specialties that are worth making a special trip for. Despite its off-putting moniker, Crabby Jack's will leave you anything but crabby when you drop in for a bite. |

I had lunch there today. It was absolutely wonderful. Best Shrimp Creole and Jambalaya I've ever had. Really worth the money. Even the Lil Salad that came with the lunch was romaine lettuce with tomatoes and a homemade sweet Italian dressing. Just excellent.
I would like to see a little better seating arrangements, but the food could not be beaten.
I've taken many vacations to this area to visit friends, and this will be on my list for every future trip.
The best po-boys anywhere. Service is average and atmosphere is not the focus. Stop by for lunch as they are not open late. The specials are always good.
Crabby Jack's started off a a seafood warehouse that cooked up its surplus seafood so they would deliver only fresh everyday. If you want the very best shrimp po-boy in the city of New Orleans you must visit Jacks. They not only stuff the sandwich but they thro enough extra shrimp on the side to made another sandwich. Great
