    El Adobe is the best Mexican food I have found since my mother passed away (a chain like Nacho Mamas cannot compare...).

    I am a first generation American, born in East Los Angeles, of Mexican parents. Of all places for a California boy to find the best Mexican food, this side of the border, Hammond, Louisianna would not have been my first guess.

    Authentic food - Give it a try.

    Adobe is good. It's not as good as Nacho Mamas in New Orleans. The queso was slightly salty but overall it was pretty good. It was a little too crowded for my taste (it was only 11:30 on a Sunday) but other than that, I reccomend.

    I love ADOBE!!!: Adobe is the best place to eat around here.. They have awesome margeritas, great food and great service.. I love it.. The only bad experence ive had was once out of many many times ive been there, my shrimp quesidilla (by the way my fav) tasted like dish soap.. But usually is great.. Better than great.. I love adobe. It's a must on all touriat list!!!
