User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsfood was great as always but the waitress was a big harried and short with us. of course it was busy but service is everything. the shrimp plate was awesome and portion size was huge and price was perfect
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHad a shrimp platter and it was enough to feed 4 people. Get there right when it opens if you do not want to stand in line. The food is great. The only downside is that it is cash only and that you must pay extra for drink refills.

you expect good service at maspero's? You're lucky your waiteress didn't ask if you had a needle she could borrow. And I can't believe you expect somebody to cater to your every need when you're paying mabye $7 for your meal. you want fine dining service, you have to pay for it.
