I cannot say that Yee's is the best Chinese in town, since I really haven't found another Chinese restaurant around here yet to compare, but I have had better Chinese food in Metairie/New Orleans. I will say that the prices aren't bad though.

OMG. That is all I can say. I have been eating here for 15, 16, 17? years... NEVER a bad experience. Custom ordered foods while pregnant and for allergies... NEVER a mistake. Everything is perfect EVERY time. It is family owned so staff is stable & are VERY good at what they do.

Do not get me wrong. This is not a 5 star gourmet meal. It is great chinese food--the BEST take out I've ever ordered.

And the prices are even better. You can have dinner for 2 here for UNDER $20--easily!

My personal recommendations--Beef & Broccoli, Sweet & Sour ANYTHING, Moo Goo, & orange chicken.

Overall--for it's class--I'd give this place a perfect score--and I do NOT feel that way about most places I eat at.

I tried a "Chop Suey Chicken - All Day Special" this afternoon. It didn't taste good at all. Feels like doesn't have flavor. I'm gonna try to find another place. I hope someone will open a new chinese place near yee.
