First we go there from time to time because the pizza flavors are so good, but once we complained that the dough was undercooked in the center and the "pizza man" himself came out to dispute the fact in front of a crowded restaurant. Tonight we ordered a large pizza and arriving home it appeared to be a small of course they had us bring the pizza back and said that it was a large. I don't want to pay $20 for what looks like a small pizza needless to say that the pizza was dwarfed by the pizza box.I gave them their pizza back and retrieved my check. The pizza is good for the most part but the customer service is HORRIBLE. They just don't care because they have the family consumer base. They don't need the business from non-family consumers. I know that I'm on a rant but I've been disappointed too many times by this place. Especially with the way the customers are treated!!!! I'll go to Tower of Pizza on the southshore. Poor rating for customer service. I spent 1 and 1/2 hours just trying to get dinner.

Great! The pizza is made right in front of you - so its fresh, fresh, fresh! Always comes out hot and tasty, like a few other reviews their service is a little slow sometimes, so take-out can be a better option - and the good pizza tends to help make up for the lackluster service.

The best pizza ANYWHERE! It does get very croweded, but the atmosphere is great. Service is weak when crowded. Mostly young yuppie families - I've been going here since I was a child (When Pizza Man opened in 1976). I now live 500 miles away, but whenever I'm in town - this is where I go for dinner!
