This Sonic has really bad customer service. I've had others tell me that they've gotten ill after having eaten at this particular Sonic. I've given this location several chances and they just don't deliver. The customer service is consistently substandard. Enough so for me to write the review. I can't imagine how they would get 3 stars unless they are combining the reviews of all area Sonic Drive-In Restaurants. This location isn't even a "1 star".
Don't even bother: This was my third trip to this particular Sonic. I waited at the drive-in window for 30 minutes for an order that they "forgot" to put on the screen. As I found out later, it was packaged and waiting to be handed to me minus my ice cream order. They came to the window twice and asked me what I ordered, I told them and they said "it will be a few minutes". Everyone behind me received their order... I did not. After 20 minutes, I waved them over to the window and ask "what is the problem?". They again asked me what I ordered. They told me the ice cream machine was out of order and then turned around and picked up the cold food to hand to me. Needless to say, I was quite irritated. I told them it was unacceptable service and that the food was cold and that I shouldn't even be charged for such a fiasco. Not one person apologized for incompetence on the part of the restaurant or the servers. I would have left if I didn't have a starving child in the car that had her heart set on a kid's wacky pack. By the way, here's my order: 1 kids wacky pack, 1 order of popcorn chicken, 1 jr. banana split. Incidentally, the banana split had NO banana. I asked them what was the store number so that I could register a complaint and they all gathered around and looked at each without a clue. Since this was my THIRD trip to this Sonic, all with similar customer service (they must have all gone to the Sonic School of Customer Service), I say, "THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT!" Ba-Bye!
