User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI really wanted to love and use this cleaners, since they are the closest to my home. The higher-than-normal prices didn't bother me as much as the fact that they just can't get the starch right in my shirts and pants.. Everything starched comes out as light starched and I want my shirts to stand up by themselves.. Oh well, i give up!!

Consumer Beware: They faded my suede jacket and tried to pass off a different jacket as my own and said they fixed it! (The local store where I purchsed the jacket told me DH Lee ordered the jacket...but wrong color) Mr. Park laughed at me when I told him it was the wrong color and he said he would try again and stormed off to the back of the cleaners. (I felt like I was in a Seinfeld soup nazi sitcom/nightmare). I refused to leave the cleaners until they paid me for jacket, which they finally did, less the "cleaning" bill. This was the most unpleasant experience as a consumer I've ever had.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood and Inexpensive: It cost no more than $15 to get my formal dress dry cleaned. It was done very well and it was ready at the time promised. The people are also very nice.
