User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFood poisoning! We went after we returned from the Gustav evacuation and they weren't to busy - but boy was the service bad and the food poorly prepared! We said something to the waitress - but they didn't really care. Not to mention later that night my husband was puking - which was likely a result of some type of food poisoning from the burger he ate. I would strongly advise NOT visiting this place. Try Phil's Grill or Ground Patti - not to mention their prices are MUCH better - the "Price" section on here is highly inaccurate - there's not a single burger under $8!!

We always have a good experience when we go. The burger is cooked the way we want and we enjoy it. We live 45min to an hour away. When I crave a burger...we come here. I think the people that have one bad experience go back looking to prove that it isn't good. (we have dined with some people like this...I think too many people want something for nothing also)
Anyway, I always recommend this place. We don't get any special burgers just the reg. Times Burger with cheese. My family likes this place. 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible! This place has just about everything you DON'T want in a burger joint. The staff/hostess are rude and unwilling to take any request (bigger/different table). The food is just terrible. I've been several times and EVERY time the burger is under or overcooked and the fries are freezing cold - not to mention just crappy (worst than fast food). Over the past 2 years the prices have rise at least $2 - 3 for no justifiable reason. I would suggest Ground Patti in Covington.
