terrible service: We visited this place to look at a 15 passenger van, then called later to reserve one for a trip. We put a $100 deposit down to hold the van. The day before our trip we went to pick up the van and they told us that there was no reservation for us. Their computers were down so they couldn't even look it up. I understand that people do make mistakes, but the worst part was that the young woman working there was very rude and not in any way helpful. We didn't even recieve an apolagy from her. If you are looking to rent a vehicle I would advise you to use another company because Auto Rental Etc. is unreliable and has very poor costumer service.
