User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Even though the place was less than 1/2 full our appetizer (oysters) took almost an hour to arrive, we had to ask repeatedly for utensils and condiments, half of our entrees were missing and the mandatory tip was outrageous. The oysters were tiny and dry and shucked in such a way that they were full of pices of shell. To top it off, nobody seemed to give a crap either....GROSS!!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI had always heard that Black's had the best oysters so we drove 75 miles to sample. I was so disappointed. The oysters evidently had been fried that morning and were so dry, the oyster had disappeared. I was charged extra for the cold baked potato and extra for the green salad. I should have returned the food, but instead I will not return nor encourage others to return.

I STARTED EATING AT BLACKS ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO. I WAS EAT AT A PLACE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER AN THE SERVICE WAS BAD, AND THE FOOD WAS NOT MUCH BETTER.I TALK TO A FRIEND AN WE WENT TO BLACKS,I WAS BLOWED AWAY BY THE FRIENDLY SERVICE,GREAT FOOD,AN LIVE MUSIC ON THURESDAY NIGHTS.NOW I EAT THERE EVERYDAY AND TAKE MY FAMILY OUT TO EAT ON THURESDAY NIGHTS. I HAVE ASKED AROUND AN FOUND OUT THE OWNERS NAME. SO THANKS, BLAKE WHITE FOR THE GREAT FOOD AN FRIENDLY SERVICE. THANKS AGAIN FROM ME AN MY FAMILY.
