User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAfter looking up Lafayette nurseries on Yahoo, I made a phone call to Raintree asking for advice about a pest (scale) on one of my citrus trees. "Kay" spent nearly ten minutes on the phone with me going over the pros and cons of poison (pyrethrum base) vs. smothering agents (horticultural oil or insecticidal soap) and helped me decide which would be the better choice for my application. I am very impressed with her knowledge, friendliness and willingness to help a "cold caller" out. After getting such great service, I'm confident the shop itself is well run and the plants sold there are sound and healthy. In other words, they just got a new customer! I intend to make Raintree my first stop for all future gardening purchases.
