Terrible customer service! I do not live nearby so I had to do most of my business over the phone. They never answer their phone! The times I tried them, the phone would ring and ring during business hours. Leaving a message was useless as they never called me back. I just had to call over and over until someone answered - that meant calling off and on for days. Once when they did answer, the person told me she had to go get the book to take my order. She then put the phone down and went to help a customer in the shop. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes listening to her chatting with someone else, until I finally hung up - had to call back another day. If she had just said she was with a customer and asked to call me back, it would have been fine, but why pretend that she is going to help me if she is not? When my items did come in, they never called to let me know - I had to hear through the bride. If I am paying for the items and I am the one who has to travel (a 2 hour round trip) to pick them up, I should be the one they notify. They also forgot to dye my shoes so I had to bring them back -that meant another 2 hour trip (and no offer of a discount for my trouble!) Perhaps their service is better if you are able to go in and deal with them directly, but long-distance is awful. Beware!
I would like to start by saying the customer service at JB Wolfe Bridal was very very very awful. They ordered me a size 18W. Brenda the owner stated that my measurements called in were for a size 22W. I told her that has to be wrong because I wear a size 8 in women,Brenda said but your bust and hips measured a size 12. Brenda then stated to me she would order me a size 14 just to be on the safe side and to go an try on the bill levkoff style dress to see what size needed to be order. I called back an told whoever anwsered the phone that they could order the size 14. Well my dress came in and they ordered me a size 18W. I told brenda that they order me the wrong size dress she stated that she had to go by the measurements on file and that she had to rush order the dresses. I told her i was not happy with the size 18 dress . Brenda then stated that if the seamtress knew what she were doing you would not be able to tell the difference. Well I told her their seamtress was doing the alterations, then she said it will be fine because her seamtress knows what she is doing. I told her the alterations would cost more she said no it would be the same if it had to be alter 1 inch or 6 inches.I asked if i paid more for the 18w she said the company she ordered from didn't charge extra I asked for a reciept for my dress to show paid in full brenda said she didn't have a reciept a to give(?) Well she lied i paid more for alterations not sure if more for the size of the dress because i didn't get a reciept. I called on 7/21/08 to talk to Brenda about the cost of my alterations charges. She never returned my call, so I called again on 7/22/08 answered said she recieved my message and that there is nothing more she can do(like she did anything in the first place to assist me), she stated i wasn't charged extra. I have the reciept that shows what i paid. I told Brenda that i still was not comfortable even after the alterations. Brenda stated that (THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT AT JB WOLFE BRIDAL)remember the owner told this to me and I have witnesses.
Erica at Jb Wolfe was awesome.I called 3 days before the wedding to get a dress and she called me back to tell me she had one in stock so i went to the store and the dress needed to be altered but by the wedding being three days off no one had time to alter it. well i left the store and didnt go anywhere else because i had to face it no one would have the dress in time. Well Erica called me later and said that she spoke to the seamstress that does the alteration at JB wolfe and she would meet me to alter the dress if i really wanted to get it. well im going back today to get the dress and meet the seamstress Erica went over and beyond to help me get the dress altered. I had totally ran out of options to get a dress in time Thanks Jb Wolfe for going over and beyond the call of duty to help me get a dress in time for my pastor's wedding.

Like I said in the comment to follow.. I have used JB Wolfe for years..and so have many of my friends. No one I know has had an issue with them. It is stated in the contract that JB Wolfe Bridal contacts the BRIDE when all the dresses come in. It is not their responsibility to contact you- It is the brides. So maybe you should have read your contract. I DID!!
