    They cannot keep kitchen or housekeeping staff. I have seen them go through complete staff changes frequently since its inception in 1998. The treatment of non-management employees is deplorable. This community is overpriced and understaffed most of the time resulting in office personnel often picking up the slack. Currently they are bringing in Hondurans with green cards after having fired their African American staff. Maybe because they don't want to pay for benefits? Last year on their 10th anniversary the general manager was honored for having the place paid off! All this at the expense of YOUR family member. Wow... Capitalism at its finest! My advice, go up the street to Christwood if you can afford it.
