C&M Music in Lafayette is by far the best music store in all of Lafayette Parish...perhaps even for a thousand miles in all directions. The amount of knowledge contained inside I liken to the Library of Congress. The employees are more helpful than the ladies at Tokyo Spa!!! I'm constantly amazed at the amount of BS they will put up with to take my money. No question is too dumb for these guys! This one time I bought a high e string from Vince's, and TO THIS DAY I still get a special discount just for shopping with them!
