User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe just purchased a 2007 XC90 on Oct. 4, 2008. I absolutely love this vehicle. The salesman and finance manager were very easy and pleasant to deal with, and I have dealt with several dealers. This time was by far the easiest. We told them the amount we wanted our notes to be, and they got it exactly right the first time. No games, great service. We weren't even considering buying an XC90 because we thought we couldn't afford one. We actually went there to look at the Maximas. Very satisfied with Giles.

This dealership needs take a deeper insight into the sales people they hire.I called "Shawnee" for help finding a car,she received all of my info.,said she would get back to me about a car but never did.What type of salesperson would pass up commission on a sale?My advice is to find a better dealer w/sales people who care about helping others.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI WILL NEVER GO BACK: The service was horrible and they were not helpful at all. I dealt with them for over a week and i was not satisfied at all. They are very rude and do not respect the customer what so ever. They are still giving me the run around and i have already purchased the vehicle and instead of dealing with them i have to deal directly with the financial company i went through to purchase the vehicle because giles is so messed up. Please do not even think about dealing with them and save youself time and disappointment with them.
