ADT Beacon alarms charged me over $700 for alarm monitoring and some maintenance. My alarm went off one day a few months later and no one ever responded. The local police told me no one was monitoring it. after i called to inquire why i did not see the response. I called beacon and they told me they would look into it. After several calls asking for the answer i did not get anything other than it was ok. now. Then our hose was broken into and my favorite chainsaw was stolen and some other tools again i came home to an alarm beeping but no response from the police. And again no one was monitoring. I called ADT again and beacon. Beacon had canceled my adt monitoring shortly after i gave their manager Josh my check and since that time no one has been monitoring it. I pulled my check copies and my checks were cashed in a local CASH ADVANCE place. Oh great now my security company is cashing its checks ant the quick cash places.... I called the local manager Mr. Harrison and demanded the refund with in a week and never happened in fact it is all i can do to get him to call back... BEWARE BEWARE CALL
