User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTried this Chili's to see if it was better than the one in Alexandria...NOPE. As bad as that one wich is saying that its REALLY bad. Great quality food but no service. What has happened to customer service???
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ordered a green specialty salad. I specifically told the waitress, no lemons, limes, vinegar or olive oil is to get anywhere into my food. I am not saying this happened, but I took over half of it with me. If I knew of a testing lab, I would bring the remaining food to have it tested, or if I knew where to go, I would have gone get a drug test the moment I could not go to the Lake Charles beach and do my workout, like I drove over an hour to go do.

We have eaten at this restaurant 3 times. Each time they have messed up someone's order. The last time we attempted to eat there, we arrived at 5:30 and was handed a beeper. There were empty tables all over the restaurant. More people arrived and were handed beepers as well. After waiting 25 minutes we left. We will never eat at this restaurant again. The management is horrible.
