Looking for parts and estimate: I went in to order parts, and a service salesman, Sam waited on me. I didn't have the model of my lawnmower and he quickly looked it up. I needed 2 gears for my transmission. This mower is not one that he sells, so he cross referenced it. Sam was quite a gentleman. His counter was busy with him being the only one there at the time. He waited on everybody and was very polite. I myself am in the sales/service business and could really appreciate what I saw. Sam really is an A plus for that business. This is the third time I've been to this business in 2 weeks. You can see why for the excellent service. Thanks again, cmwvw629
