I always look forward to my appointment at Fran's: I like how Fran is friendly to her customers and treats each one as she treats her own siblings. You know the saying about, "Time flies when your having fun", well before you know it, your appointment is over. I always look forward to my appointment at Fran's Best Little Hair House In Scott, it is a moment to be carefree and to share your feelings freely. Fran's is where I get my entertainment for the week from. Fran gives you the hairslyle that best fits you as an individual instead of looking like the person whom just got out of the chair before you. She does not cut everyones hair to look the same. She concentrates on how you look when you walk out of her door. She fullfills your request on your own hairstyle.
