    I would travel for 3 hours just to get their boudin, sausage and other cajun delights. They had the best boudin in the WORLD. I was disappointed, however last week when I went there & they had sold out to the Vietnamese who had turned it into a liquor store. I would love to know if they have relocated, as I hope they have not gone out of business.

    great quality of meat: great food in deli, and great quality of fresh cut meat. nice staff, very clean store.
