Everyone at the studio was very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is welcoming and immaculate. I was very pleased with my private session and have bought a card for many more. All of the wonderful things that I have heard about the studio are true.

Amazing experience!: My yoga classes at this studio are highly enjoyable and I would recommend this studio to anyone interested in getting fit using this gentle but successful technique. Their Pilates studio is also very busy and I hear good things about it from other people there.
