User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy first experience with Billy Navarre service was less than stellar. After getting a manual transmission fixed on recall, the first gear failed to synchronize consistently. After NINE days of leaving the car with them, I was told that this is normal. I rode with the service manager who replicated the problem then denied it. Very disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this dealership if at all possible.

The title says "Navarre Billy Chevrolet/Honda and Billy Chevrolet/Hyundai" Yet, I went to search the website for the car of my dreams and the only Make I could select was Chevrolet...
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBilly Navarre: HONDA????????: I was looking to buy a used Honda so I was pleased to see a website for a Honda dealership here in Lake Charles, but I guess they ran out of Hondas. The only vehicles on the site were Hy......, how ever it is spelled. I guess you missed out on a sale.
