User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would have to agree. The worst dealer I have ever dealt with. This is my second time having work done by them and they do not call you for status updates while you are sitting back wondering when your vehicle is going to be ready. They are very rude...apparently they do not care about customer satisfaction. I will never recommend this dealer nor do business with them again.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Ad in the paper showed new 06 Trailblazer for $19999 (stock#). I went that same Sunday and the vehicle was still their. I called first thing Monday and spoke to the salesman I had met over the summer while looking. I told him I couldn't get off work until after lunch. I gave him all my info to get the credit and paperwork going. I gave him the vin # and stock #. He said no problem, everything will be ready when I get there. Right!! I get there and the vehicle was just sold, but they had others exactly like it. I was very angry, but we'll try the others. The first one had fuel injector problems when we were test driving, the second dead battery, ok, now things are getting worst. The third and last vehicle was o.k. So, we go in to do the papers and just as I thought the price jumped up to $21999. The stickers were exactly the same, but they would not honor their ad. Then a different salesman makes the comment "we don't hold vehicles for anyone, what makes you so special". Needless to say I left and will never go back. I even reported them to the BBB.

graves chevrloet: graves is not a bad dealer to deal with. i got a 2006 colorado and they treated me fair, never believe everything you hear. i am from zachary and this is my second time dealing with this company with no problem.
