User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not use this cleaner!!! That is if you want a product you can use again. They are dishonest and they don't stand behind their work. I brought a comforter to them to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up my one year old comforter, it was no longer a bright yellow. It was completely white. Not only would the owner not pay for the damages done to my comforter, she also would not waive the cleaning fee. She is claiming I was told the comforter would be damaged when I brought it in for cleaning. She also claims I signed a release but I have a paper that shows the different releases with no signature at the bottom. I wasn't even aware their were releases on the back of this page. I signed the front of the page saying I was leaving a comforter with them. No moron would leave a new comforter with a cleaner that told them upfront they are incompetent and will ruin it. That would be like me leaving my child at a daycare where they inform me they will harm my child. It is ridiculous to suggest such a thing would happen. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. It doesn't look like the BBB does anything other than collect both sides of the story. How disappointing!!! I am now posting reviews on every site possible to try and protect other unsuspecting customers. I am thinking about bringing a picture of what my comforter looks like along with the actual product and standing outside the cleaners to warn customers not to waste their money. It looks like a date in small claims court is in my future.

I went to get my sunny yellow comforter dry cleaned here so that I wouldn't have to worry about the stuffing getting redistributed in the wash. I was told to sign a slip so that I could pick up the comforter when it was finished and that was all. When I returned to pick up my comforter it was white with faded yellow spots in some places. Completely ruined. Not only was I denied a replacement but I was forced to pay for the cleaning that ruined my comforter. I went to the BBB but they can't enforce anything only intermediate. The cleaners said that they had told me there may be a loss of color. However, if that were true I wouldn't have left my comforter there as well as they said that I had been informed there was a release form to sign and that I had knowingly signed it. The slip I signed has a release form on the back of it with conditions that have check boxes and a line for a signature and a line for the date. I did not fill out any part of the release form! They will lie.
