well I think you have it all wrong SWEETIE. everytime i come to the salon, which has been 5 years now, their customer service, sanitization has ALWAYS, ALWAYS been more than excellent! The questrion is, are you sure YOU wasnt the one causing the problem and putting a scene and overly exaggerating? This is the ONE AND ONLY shop i see not only do they wash their implements clean, but also auto clave their implements and put them in individuals bags for each clients both manicure and pedicures. Now you tell me what the problem is. Maybe if you come more often and keep up with your pedicure then it wouldnt be a problem knowing that pumice stone can only take so much skin off. all i have to say is that, their customer service is EXCELLENT, they speak english very well, and their sanitization is better then most or i would say ALL salons ive seen so far, and i would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE if convenient to stop by the salon and take a look. You would not be dissapointed. Is it worth saying all this when you know they done nothing wrong?
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHIS NAIL SHOP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! THE SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE! THE OWNER IS ONLY MONEY CRAZY AND NOT WORRIED ABOUT SATISIFING HER CUSTOMERS, AND THEY ARE SO NOT SANITARY EITHER.
MY EXPERIENCE WAS A DISATER! ME AND ONE MY FRIEND WENT TO THIS NAIL SHOP TO GET PEDICURES. SHE PUT US IN THE CHAIRS. WHILE IN THE CHAIR, SHE DID THE OPPOSITE OF EVERYTHING THAT I (THE CUSTOMER) REQUESTED. SHE ONLY SCRUBED WITH THE PUMICE PAD, AND NOT THE PED EGG TYPE OF BRUSH. SHE ALSO PUT NEW ACRYLIC ON TOP OF BROKEN TIP, AND I REQUESTED A NEW TIP AND SHE TOLD ME NO. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN UP AT THIS POINT, BUT NO ONE ELSE WAS OPEN. MY FRIEND FINISHED FIRST AND THERE WAS ANOTHER LADY WAITING ON THE CHAIR, THEY WASHED THE TUB OUT WITH WATER AND RESTARTED IT AND PUT THE WAITING CUSTOMER IN. (EEW) THAT WAS NASTY. MY FEET STILL HAD THE DRY SKIN ON THEM AND WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WAS NOT SATISIFIED WITH MY SERVICE SHE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT SHE CAN DO. I CONTACTE THE OWNER AND SHE DID THE SAME THING. I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS ALL ABOUT A DOLLAR AND NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I WILL NOT BE RECCOMENDING HER SHOP TO NO ONE! IF I DEVELOP A FUNGUS I WILL BE BACK TO THAT NAIL SHOP!Comments (1)
