User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest auto shop in Beauregard: I work for the highway on the new construction through Beauregard Parish. When one of our vehicles died on the side of the highway, they sent their tow truck to pick up our truck. The driver was extrememly kind and answered any questions that I had. They took it to their facility where they began trouble shooting. They explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure I understood what was going on. When they found out what was wrong, the gave me an excellent price with unbeatable service. When I was ready to pay the bill they informed me that the towing was free just because I had the work done there. The towing bill probably costed more than the work bill anyway. The service was absolutely the friendliest, most excellent service that I've EVER had from any auto shop. It was more of a neighbor hood auto shop, sort of like a barber shop - alot of friendly town people inside and very relaxed and sociable. I got more personal service than I would've gotten from any big auto repair chain (Pep Boys, Midas etc.).
