User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi love fernando's i have been going there ever since they opened. The food is always good and the service is always good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves mexican food.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy daughter and I went to eat at the Fernando's in Denham Springs, LA this evening. When we got there it was about 6:45p and the waiter had brought our food out, refilled my daughter's drink 3 times, and brought our bill all in 13 minutes!!!! I think he was trying to get us out of there! There were about a total of 10 couples in the entire restaurant, absolutely no need for the rush. Then my daughter asked for a desert and the waiter brought it out while we were in the middle of eating our entree! I told him when we ordered it to wait UNTIL AFTER we finished eating. Then we asked for to-go boxes and he took my daughters plate and didn't put it in a box, yet he got rid of it! By this time I was so fed up that we walked out after we paid and I called to speak to a manager and was told that they couldn't come to the phone cause they were busy. Of course I had to tell them that I was sitting in their parking lot and had just ate there and they were NO WHERE near busy. They refused to hear my complaint. I love the food there but their service is rediculous!!! Not sure if I will ever go back after this experience!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe have tried many of the local mexican eats around Denham, Walker, Baton Rouge and we feel that Fernando's is the best for taste and value. Customer service leaves something to be desired, waiters are abit slow and hard to understand. We love the fajitas for two, always end up taking something home no matter what we order, so much of it.
