User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDont go to the Canal if you are expecting a timely lunch. And when you complain they get very upset (putting it mildly). And they can also forget to make your lunch and wait on other people after you made a point of "still waiting for a sandwich you ordered 45 minutes ago."
Manager will point out that you were not being nice to staff when in fact you just didn't understand what staff meant. And after lousy service they still had the nerve to charge for sandwich not gotten. Needless to say we will not be coming back to the diner or gas station every again. I would have gotten better service if I had gone to Checkers or McDonalds.
