User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy party had a wonderful meal at the Boiling Point. I'm from out of town and was taken there for locals. It was wonderful! Two of us who were from out of town went back the next day to order food to take home with us. I've eaten a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo every day since I got home. Service was good and the staff was friendly. They even recognized us when we came back for that to-go order two days later. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.

The Boiling Point serves the best pistolets bar none in South West Louisiana. Boiled Crawfish and Shrimp. and their Catfish devine is wonderful...blackend catfish smotherd in the most refreshing crawfish sauce. We have had large group entertaining at the Boiling Point and we were served timely with delicious food and great service something that at times lacks when serving large groups, but never at the Boiling Point. Family friendly with no gimmics the best food dollar you will spend ...Remember I-10, ext 21 north. thankyou for allowing us to let everyone know about a true authentic Cajun food restaurant hidden away off I-10

For almost $4.00 a pound of boiled crawfish it is nothing to write home about. They had a few big ones, but mostly were small to medium. Other places have bigger crawfish for less per pound.
