User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to them for years. I have also saved a ton of money. I call Terry and tell him what my washer or dryer is doing. He always knows what's wrong and what part I need. In most cases I've done the repairs myself and saved enough to pay for ten washers and dryers. Friendly customer service, easy to drive to and good prices. Some other places may from time to time have a lower price on a few parts. But it's the great and accurate advice that more than makes the difference. Even if you don't think you can do the repairs yourself, he can probably recommend someone that will save you money.
