User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest of the Best: When visitors come to Baton Rouge I try to get time to take them to Jubans for either lunch or dinner. The food is superb and the selection will please anyone. The decor is elegant and relaxing and the service is perfect. I usually order some kind of seafood. First-time visitors often order the "hallelujah crab" which is a deep-fried soft-shell crab with its claws extended upward as if to shout. Charming, and delicious, but not a lot of food so unless I'm not really hungry I pass on it. Also they have a good wine list and fabulous desserts.
