User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsONCE AGAIN. THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. So I use to eat from here ONCE A WEEK until about a year ago, they failed to deliver my order, after calling and checking on it 3 times! So I tried my luck with them once again tonite, and wouldnt you know, NO PIZZA. I didnt even call this time, and only bc I have strept throat. That was my whole purpose of ordering a pizza. So I wouldnt have to go out in the wet cold damp weather. This Domino's has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I will NEVER order anything from them EVER again. I will never recommend anyone to order from here. I live in an apt complex and I plan to let all my neighbors know, because they too experienced NO PIZZA deliveries from this same Domino's.

RUDE AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY: I called to order 50 wings for my son's school christmas party. The guy who answered the phone clearly did not want to help me. He was very rude and non-accomodating. I asked him could he possibly put the wings in a one big box b/c It would be easy for me to manage; he said no. I explained again why I was requesting it and he said, "no and if I do I'm going to charge you for the box." 1 box compared to 5 seems to actually be cutting down on cost;so why should i be charged an extra fee when 5 boxes were gonna be used anyway? I clearly will not be using the location at 8910 Greenwell Street ever again and I suggest everyone else should avoid it also. Needless to say, I called Pizza hut and they gladly complied.
