Service is bad, including general service. I was trying to find out whether my finance was through so that I could start paying my monthly payment. I got kicked around and no one was helpful enough. They even lied to me that they paid my first payment because it's late. I called many times to find out whether my license plate was ready at week 6 and 7 after I purchased the car, no one would help. If such simple thing they cannot do, would you expect something more important they would do?

Terrible Service Department. If you take your car in. Don't expect the experienced and reliable service you'd expect. They weren't able to fix my car right the first time and refused to accept responsibility. After taking my car in the second time they refused to discount the service at all so I went somewhere else to get my car fixed and I wish I'd done that the first time. Basically. They had my car for three days. The first day they analyzed and ordered parts. The second day they decided not to work on it. After I complained because I needed my car to get to work. They worked on it the third day but they never double checked their work or even put my car back together properly. I had to actually take my glove box off and reset it myself. A Completely undesirable experience.
